• To look up  STAAR/EOC scores online, visit
     
    https://www.texasassessment.com/
     
    Then select LOOKUP ACCESS CODE.
     
    You will use your child's social security number for the PEIMS ID.
     
    After you get the Unique Access Code, you will be able to view STAAR results with that code and your child's date of birth.
